Job Description
- Design and implement company policies that foster a healthy work environment.
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining the team.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover.
- Willingness to travel to multiple cities (Gandhinagar, Vadodara and Surat) for team-building activities.
- Support and suggest improvements for the entire recruitment process.
- Host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Maintain office inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle documentation generation, including offer letters, increment letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure HR promptly addresses employees’ requests and grievances.
